CSRB упр., амер. бонус [премия\] за продолжение работы лицом с важными навыками* (вознаграждение, выплачиваемое ценным работникам с целью побудить их остаться в данной организации и не переходить на работу в другую организацию; напр., такое дополнительное вознаграждение может использоваться государственными учреждениями для удержания обладающих критически важными навыками работников, которые иначе могут перейти в гражданские организации, предлагающие более высокую оплату труда; в государственным организациях такое вознаграждение может рассматриваться как временная мера, используемая до пересмотра шкалы оплаты труда и сокращения разрыва в оплате труда между работниками государственных организаций и работниками на сопоставимых должностях в гражданском секторе)
